I enjoying the reading material as well as the ending exam. There were only a few issues regarding wording in certain sections. If possible have techs review all parts and make corrections. Also, possibly make the exam questions, a bit longer. To assure individuals are getting enough input and understand what is needed to be labelled with the Samaritan Award.
