I missed the question about PPE, which is for Personal Protective Equipment. The name alone implies that it is to protect the person, not medical equipment, etc. I don't see the logic there

The question of if a patient is unconscious and unresponsive does not identify if breathing or a pulse is discovered. It is misleading because a person can still be breathing and have a pulse while unconscious/unresponsive.
