I've taken many CPR/first aid classes in -person, and honestly the only reason I took this was because it's a refresher and the cheapest I could find online. I imagine it would leave those without previous class experience confused. Some of the information is hard to understand because big words are used. I have a college degree and didn't know some of the words. I couldn't recommend this to my teenager because he'd probably understand less than me. It is also full of grammatical and spelling errors. Some of the ideas are impractical. For example, a brand of saline solution is mentioned to use for a lost tooth, but it's doubtful that anyone has that around. Instead the training should mention how much salt to mix with water. A lot of basic information is left out. For example, it doesn't say how to treat a nosebleed or that to remove a bee stinger you should scrape it off with a credit card (no tweezers which will inject more venom). These are very common incidences that people will encounter. I think it can be improved by having various health professionals watch it and give their opinions. Thank you
