There was one question that i think needed more details because you can be unconscious and unresponsive and still have a pulse and be breathing so CPR shouldn't be used however they should be monitored and have an AED placed on them just incase they lose that pulse or stop breathing. Because there are different levels of unresponsive, they could just be unconscious but only be unresponsive to physical tests such as a chest rub or foot tap.
