Thank you for this. During C19 it's been hard to get certified, and I am so very glad you've offered this. As much as I prefer in person for the hands on, even the videos and text was very indepth and clear to understand.

The True/False head injury question is not specific enough. According to the material you would call 911 if the head injury causes seizures, slurred speech, pupils unequal and other more severe symptoms. Material also states most head injuries result in minor bruises or bumps - you wouldn't call 911 for those.
