Way too much reading. Some videos had no sound. The topics were not grouped with any seeming logic. Sometimes the treatment ideas were lumped in with the symptoms section. I appreciate the work that went into this but it could use a lot of improvement.

This training was straightforward and informative. I especially loved the directional/relatable references to "Staying Alive" and where/how, actually, to find a pulse (eg. Place middle and third finger against the windpipe). I've never been able to really find a pulse before, and those clear instructions were useful. The volume was not working on the videos (I checked my computer and it was on high volume) - I think they would be better with narration/volume.
