Poor grammar and sentence structure. Almost as if translated into English by a person who's first language is not English. So many gaps here and feedback I could give in regards to content, instruction and the exam. I hope this product is only available to people who need to update or renew, and is not intended to replace the hands on in person training and instruction that is available elsewhere. Possibly this has been developed because of Covid challenges? That is somewhat understandable. I do suggest you have top rated professional instructors of in person CPR/First-aid review and update this, with some assistance from professional medical authors.
