CPR / AED / First-Aid
The review materials were excellent (5-star), but 2 of the questions did not reflect accurate responses for the question asked (ex., TF question about doing CPR for "unresponsive/unconscious" person. That would be artificial respiration, unless the person also has no pulse.) The other was regarding automatically calling 911 automatically for a head injury; if it's a minor concussion, that would not be indicated. The exam earns 2-3 stars; only 10 questions & doesn't accurately assess info. I do appreciate the convenience of renewing online, esp. since many in-person courses have been unavailable since pandemic began. Thank you for listening.
