There were some distracting typos and other grammatical errors in the materials. Also, I think question 10 was a trick question. Based on the materials, I think the answer to whether you should administer CPR before or after you call EMS depends on whether you witness the collapse. If you do, then EMS should be called first. If you don't, then you are supposed to do 2 minutes of CPR and then call EMS. Otherwise, good review of emergency procedures. Thanks!

Some areas could have been more thorough. Not all people may know the understanding of some medical terms. They should be defined, just in case. In addition, hands on training for AED is recommended, I fully agree. Where would I attain that training.
