The course material was clear and easy to follow. It was a painless process. If there was audio with the videos, I could not access it. But that could just be me. The test questions were straight forward and all questions were covered in the courses. I have yet to receive the wallet cards I ordered.

I thought the course was fine; I've taken CPR and first aid courses before & I wasn't sure about a virtual class for the material; but I thought it was pretty good actually. But when I went through the payment process, their were a couple of hiccups: after I entered my payment information the screen had a long pause of loading and then told me I timed out. So I tried it again (I was working on my home internent) and the same answer : not able to process. So the next day I went into the office & did the same process and the system told me it had process my payment. Then I saw that your company had sent me 2 emails about me completing the class & my bank showed 2 charges for the same class. I tried to email your office from the form on the site, did not go through. It was difficult to find a phone number but I did try calling and that was not able to connect the call for reasons unknown. Finally, I had my bank cancel the second charge & credit my account. So, good information, bad payment & customer service process. BTW, on the question below "How did you hear about us " the choices should also include through employer.
