1) The question asking if someone is unresponsive should you start CPR. A person can be unresponsive but have a pulse and breathing so starting CPR would not be appropriate. It could actually do them harm. 2) Also the question regarding doing CPR until EMS arrives is misleading as if CPR has been done >30 minutes or surrounding conditions have changed and CPR is no longer safe it is OK to stop CPR.
