It was ok to use in a pinch. I'm away from home and needing to renew. I prefer face to face training. I wish the videos had sound explaining and some of the information wasn't correct. Tylenol is not used to reduce swelling. Pain and fever reducer, not swelling. You could use an NSAID like Ibuprofen, Tylenol is not that. The pop ups were annoying but I guess that's why the program is cheaper than some.
