I couldn't hear any of the videos for some reason. They were really quiet and I feel that I could have had more benefit from this course if there were more in depth videos, explaining how each and every process worked. I feel that I should still do an in person course to feel more comfortable with doing these procedures. Other than that, the course was useful and did provide great information.
