Pretty good, but presentation of information could have been clearer. Used acronyms which were not explained. Only 1 video had sound. all others were mute. Hiring a graphic designer and presenting the material with more visuals and less focus on rote memorization would be sensible.

The course was fine. The marketing strategy used was manipulative. The advertisement said free CPR certification when in reality it was the course and test that were free. The certification itself had a fee. Then when I was paying the website claimed there were no hidden fees. Based on the advertisement on the homepage (before you scroll down to select a course) there was a hidden fee. The marketing came off as slimy and I lost respect for the National CPR Foundation. I would not recommend you to a friend based on principle.
