While the overall online experience was helpful I found many typos, grammatical problems and confusing sentences in your educational material. I was actually quite disappointed in the presentation. I've had to do many CPR/First Aid courses over the past dozen or so years for other jobs and I found your material itself highly useful, but there were just many little things that left a sour taste in my mouth.
