2. Scroll down to “My Group Certificates”
3. Select the “Start” and “End” dates
4. Click on the orange buttons below the date range depending on what kind of export is needed
5. “Download Certificates” will send you a PDF of all completed group certificates within the selected date range
6. “Download Wallet Cards” will send you a PDF of all completed group wallet cards within the selected date range
7. “Download Spreasheet” will send you a CSV of all completed group certificates within the selected date range
8. “Download Certificates & Wallet Cards” will send you a PDF of all completed group certificates and wallet cards within the selected date range
9. NOTE: If you have 50 or more completed group certificates, your will receive an email with a link to download your file within 15 minutes from your request

If you didn’t receive your Certificate it’s most likely because the Certificate was caught by your spam folder or blocked by a firewall.
