I think the information presented on the site is very informative and detailed, but I think I would feel more confident about being trained if I actually got to practice CPR, use the AED and give first aid under supervision. I am glad there are videos, but I think it would be good to think about presenting the information verbally with the video instead of making the videos optional.

Wish there were more videos showing proper procedure of the tasks, but otherwise very good especially for someone recertifying. For someone that is taking a course like this for the first time, hands on experience is important to practice what doing compressions feel like.
