There was a few terms that were not defined well such as "Universal Precautions" and some medical terms which are probably not known by a general population. I took this to get certified for a childcare position, so a little more clarification would be much appreciated.

The sound on the videos was not working for me. The video on the adult CPR page was working but the other videos would play without any sound. I went back to check, and the video on the first page still played with sound, while all other videos had no sound. I checked everything on my network, sound options, blue tooth, and there was no reason that there should have been no sound.
