Questions on the exam were too easy and not in depth enough. With how serious this can be, I expected more out of that. Some info was written a bit confusingly but overall it was decent for a refresher.

Please correct typos in your training (especially use plural and possessives ('s versus s) correctly). Otherwise it makes you look less like an authority in the subject matter. Also, your final question regarding head injuries is misleading when your training states, "Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps; however, some head injuries can be very severe and even fatal. Call 911 immediately if: (list of specific situations to call 911)". The question in the exam indicates you are to call 911 for any head injury, not just specific situations. Please consider reworking that question to be more clear or update your training language if not correct. Thanks.
