Please correct typos in your training (especially use plural and possessives ('s versus s) correctly). Otherwise it makes you look less like an authority in the subject matter. Also, your final question regarding head injuries is misleading when your training states, "Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps; however, some head injuries can be very severe and even fatal. Call 911 immediately if: (list of specific situations to call 911)". The question in the exam indicates you are to call 911 for any head injury, not just specific situations. Please consider reworking that question to be more clear or update your training language if not correct. Thanks.

Some of the questions were a bit vague relative to the training materials. For example, not always calling 911 for a head injury unless it was a severe or there are other symptoms like dizziness.
