The text of the course really needs editing. It sounds like it was written by someone who speaks english as a second language. Every sentence started with "make sure to" which is unnecessary and got annoying. The word "than" was used wrongly in several places. Many sentences were confusing. The word "induced" was used in a context where it should have read "ingested". Many other errors.
