I appreciated not having to sit through videos since I have stayed certified most of my adult life. It seems as if different people wrote different sections. I noticed differing nuances in style and some sections (in the last 1/3 of the sections?) had several significant mistakes (i.e. the use of “then” instead of “than” and other strange word usages, and disagreement between subject and verb and among verbs in a list.) I don’t really consider myself a “grammar nazi.” I’ve mentioned the mistakes that confused the meaning of otherwise well constructed content.
