Did AI write your BLS First Aid/ CPR AED course? I'm struggling to understand how your foundation is ok with charging for a course rife with not only poor grammar and improper punctuation, but also (more importantly) inadequate explanations on multiple things. Many medical terms are sprinkled in with zero explanation and some things which are obviously vital knowledge are given only the briefest of explanations. It desperately needs proofreading & editing in its entirety. Just a few of the typos I noticed: 3rd paragraph of introduction page, "voluntary" is misspelled. 2nd sentence of "Wounds" section- "then" is misspelled. This occurs again in the "Burns" section. 4th paragraph of "Heart" section- "dose" is misspelled.
