easy access accurate, I have been either taken to or attended Basic and Advanced First Aid courses since I was a 7 year old child (my mother taught First Aid on weekends and had no child care available), So I have watched or participated in first aid training for more than 55 years. From recovery positions, one and two operator, to masks, to defibrillators, there have been some changes over this time, the essence remains, recognise, protect self then person in duress, seek help, (not apply defib) and act to assess, open airway and start early CPR effort. THis course was the easiest way to access the required certification for a workplace not providing in house BLS
