Pros: if renewing, review and test are quick and easy; low cost. Cons: spelling and text errors give questionability to accuracy of content (text re: choking--object is "lodged" vs dislodged; "check" universal precautions vs follow universal precautions, etc); unclear treatment steps and directions. Since this was a review and I just needed a certificate, I went ahead and paid. However, I would not recommend this site/review for someone needing to learn first aid.
