Positive: This was a fast, easy, low-cost way for re-certification. Negative: The content was low quality, like someone without a clue just copied a bunch of info from the internet and sold it as a complete program. It included medical terminology ("tension pneumothorax") and methodologies (blood transfusions) that most non-professional First Aid providers wouldn't know. "Auto-injections" were mentioned but not what was being injected. The videos (short and without audio) were almost useless. Had I not taken a more thorough and well-structured training earlier, this would have been very disappointing.
