I thought this was very easy. I learned a lot, and very easy reading. Not to lengthy. I loved this!!! And it was not too expensive. Some courses wanted $30 and up for this 20 minute course. Unbelievable. But this was great. Thanks guy so much. I will be coming back to this course in the next two years

I'm not sure anyone who hasn't already had previous hands on training with an "Annie" doll should use this for training in any high risk health care setting. However, it's great it is so accessible, affordable for everyone. Much easier to get the certification for experienced people who really don't need any further hands on training.
