While convenient, learning hands-on skills online without any practicum does not leave much confidence in the ability to perform the physical actions required to save a life. In particular, the force required to perform compressions successfully without causing undue injury is impossible to gauge. Can you also please proof read for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors? Serious medical advice with such errors carry diminished credibility.
