This training was awful. It was poorly written and poorly organized. Much of the information given was unclear, some important information was omitted (if someone is coughing, they should not be given the Heimlich), and some of the information was downright wrong (auto-injectors should always be given in the outer thigh--never "in the butt" as the training says). Very disappointing.

This was the most poorly designed online training I've ever taken. The bad grammar made many sentences difficult to read. The information wasn't organized in a logical way and sometimes seemed contradictory because of how ambiguous it was. This is the top result in Google, it'd be worth it to invest in your product by hiring a real instructional designer and subject matter expert (both of whom speak English natively) to redo the entire course and make it good.
