I like that I could make a printed copy. There is a lot of information and in the next 2 years something could happen and I may forget what I learned here so it is great to have a reference.

I received my certificate in the mail addressed to me but when I opened the envelope it had someone's name ( not mine ) on the card. I was unable to find a phone number to get this corrected. I also emailed them without getting a response. Now I do not have a card to carry. Good luck trying to get this company to communicate with you. Jay Horne
