Fast, easy, CONVENIENT, meets my licensing renewal requirements. Of course, in-person is best if you've never taken a CPR/BLS course before, but after 20 years of taking these classes for my bi-annual license renewal, this is a great option.

Several errors in the course. It incorrectly used the term circumference when they were referring to diameter. It also appears that the infant's back is up and the head is twisted around in the images and video.
