The videos had no sound, the test was really short, and I felt like If I had not taken a course in person before I would be very unprepared if a situation were to happen in person. Some of the vocabulary could have been a little more clear as well. But I like the idea of an online course for people who have taken a course in person before to refresh their memory.

Quick and easy for a re-certification. I do think that if a person has never taken a CPR class then they should be doing it in person and not online.

The course was not to simplified, recommend that the learner to know a few of the medical terms in order to follow along. It needs a few more videos with sound, however overall the course was excellent.

This is a great way to get recertification after you've gotten initial training hands on. I need this recertification for employment. I'm 80 years old. I will never use Cpr, aed, or first aid and will refuse to if I get into a situation. So this method of recertification is great for me.
