Thank you for making this information available online as an option for refreshing my CPR and First Aid certifications. I did notice one or two places where further edits might be needed. For example, the word written as "Electroshock's" should be pluralized without use of an apostrophe. I also found a quiz question to be ambiguously worded. On my quiz, Question 10 asked for a response of True or False to the statement, "If a patient undergoes a head injury you should call 911 immediately." In the course, the need to immediately make a 911 call is presented as contingent on a list of 9 symptoms. However, this is also preceded by a comment that states, "Head injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps; however, some head injuries can be very severe and even fatal." I do not disagree that some head injuries warrant a 911 call, but the information as presented seems to suggest making a common sense assessment of the situation before making the decision to call 911.
