The course was user friendly, informative, and quick. I was a nurse for 23 years before becoming a teacher so the information was familiar to me. I think "hands on" practice is very valuable, but this is probably the next best thing.

Maybe a bit too easy to get certified - I am a renewal for the 20th time so it was great for me - but for the newbie maybe need a bit more to get certified..
