This course was not as comprehensive as I expected it, and lacked some crucial definitions of medical terms that are crucial in the understanding of first-aid and CPR. Besides that, I think you could consider revising the test at the end. Maybe you could make it longer and vary the questions as it was not challenging. I was expecting different questions the second time I took it, and I think that would have provided the learner with a greater challenge. The truth is, when we get certified for CPR and First-Aid, we become responsible for helping support the well-being and possible saving the life of another. If our lack of education limits that ability, then we may cause an inadvertent death that could have been prevented with proper education. If this was the case, then the facility that we were trained at is in part responsible. I realize that there are other options for getting first-aid and CPR certified but I came here because this is where my company suggested I get it done. However, until it is more comprehensive and has a better testing system, I will not recommend this to others. Though it was easy I think it should be more demanding on the learner. Perhaps you could consider and interactive video course. That would be a more active way to involve the listener. Thank you.
