did it once and did not get an email with certificate nor did the e-verify recognize my email. my card did get billed however. I sent an email after a great deal of trouble as system kept saying it was an error and couldn't be sent. I got a response recognizing the message but nothing else in the past 5 days. the phone number gets no answer - says you have a voicemail that is full so much for your 24/hr support. I did it again today and it went right thru . you need to reverse the charge on my first test
