The video clips were very helpful for review. The first aid portions were especially well written. While the exam did draw from all areas of the instructional modules, some of the answers were frivolous or very easy to guess. Not the best indicator of actual, valuable knowledge.

There were at least two errors. One was the word lodged was used instead of dislodged and another was the term "fall degradation" was used incorrectly. This is a good site but it would be good to have a downloadable option for verifying certification.
