Course info could be better organized. There were several typos, and the wording for the section on shock was very confusing, almost as if at places the person writing the content thought that shock meant electrical shocked. Ex: instead of saying if the person is "in shock" they say "if the person is shocked"

Getting the certificate was easy but course was advertised at $14.95 and after paying for my certificate my bank was charged more than that, I tried contacting somebody but nobody ever got back to me I wouldn’t recommend
