I appreciate how easy this process was, but I worry it's TOO easy... the exam was only 10 questions, multiple choice, with few realistic choice options. Additionally, the test can be retaken an unlimited number of times making it very easy to spoof without actually reviewing the course material. The course material is full of typos and grammatical errors. In all, it makes it difficult to take this system seriously and it surprises me that it's AHA complaint.

The content of this program was very thorough and up-to-date; the course is very easy to complete and required a reasonable amount of time to do so; however there are many typos, misuse of words ("then" vs "than") and some misspellings that if corrected would help to improve the overall professional look and feel of the course.
