The information is not organized well, headings are mislabeled, and some information is contradictory to what is taught in the American Heart Association course, which I just completed in January of this year. Steps are ambiguous and videos have no captions, narration or indication of what they are showing.

I found this training very disappointing and unprofessional. There were many typos and grammatical errors making it hard to understand. I also noticed several contradicting points and inconsistent formatting.
