This program reads like a botched Google translation... it was so bad I could barely tell what I was reading at some points, including the exam portion. I felt like I was reading instructions for assembling knock-off furniture of a non-English-speaking origin--particularly on the page that said "make sure to" 16 times. Also you don't "make sure to" check universal precautions, you FOLLOW them...UNIVERSALLY. I am glad that I've been certified through RedCross for most of my life so I'm not invigorated by false confidence from this course.

I will tell my co workers to use this site also.

I liked the explanations. I think the exam needs to be more focused on the actual compression ratios and ways to perform CPR and First Aid, though.
