Basic Life Support - BLS
This course was user friendly and very educational. I was able to read the course information in the convenience of my own home and at my own pace. I liked the idea of only paying once the exam was passed. It took the testing nerves away and I passed on my first try with 100%. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to get certified. The price was right and the information was direct and to the point.

Couple poorly worded questions (like finding unconscious and unresponsive pt, do CPR...how about checking to see if CPR is actually necessary. If they are breathing and look fine, say they are just passed out drunk you do not immediately go into CPR you need to CHECK THEM first! Also, if someone suffers a head injury but is perhaps just a bump on the head with a small bruise but they are cleared of any signs of issues such as TBI or concussion are you really going to call an ambulance? Wasteful.)

Excellent Resources with easily understood material and little superficial information. Definitely a step up from the last time I took a first-aid class. The exam could have been longer to give me a better sense of competence though.
