This is an excellent way to re certify my first aid, but I wouldn’t trust a person unfamiliar with first aid and CPR to be able to care for a person in an emergency. But it was great for me because I have taken at least 12 classes with an instructor over my teaching career. This was a perfect course for me. Thanks
