Still need to take the class because no expiration date was stated on your card and certificate. This is needed for most health care credentialing tools.

You need to put an expiration date on your card for health care providers certification not just a statement saying it is valid for 2 years. It’s a crazy requirement for a lot of institutions and credentialing requirements
