Some of the information was not clear. The video clips didn’t have sound. It would have been nice to have a video that I could practice with. Although I’m glad I was able to get my certificate renewed, I still feel like I need a refresher course.

On one of the questions it asks what one should do when a child collapses and the answers were either a) Perform CPR or B) activate EMS. For this question, I put perform CPR only because I am not certified to give Emergency medical services, but I would call them before performing the CPR. I was slightly confused with the wording of the answer options.
