It doesn't come with the certificate. It only has the card which is kinda annoying. I would have liked the certificate in the mail as well

I would make it mandatory to watch one of the videos and demonstrations. Stopping the video and pointing out the key points. Some people won't take the time to learn it correctly if they can skip straight to the test. Lives are at stake. Thank you.
