More videos with real people would make it better to illustrate the procedures. Also, a list of acronyms before the course would make it more clear for those of us not used to medical terminology, or from other countries.

Very good service and much less costly than our local Red Cross, AHA, or Fire Departments. My son took the course as a requirement for a youth program he is involved in. His certification was accepted with no issues. Printable version of the CPR card was sent immediately after he passed the exam and the wallet card came in the mail within a few business days.
