Taking CPR and first aid would be preferable in person- but having been a repeat course and update of information- this was quick! I did question a few items on the test- like a head injury - calling 911- I am cautious about them, but a bleeding cut injury would be something to watch versus calling 911... or unconscious and unresponsive but breathing wouldn't require cpr- like if a POTS patient just fainted, I would NOT perform cpr. I guess a seizure is unresponsive but considered conscious? but I wouldn't do cpr on them either... not sure if the questions were too vague or that I would be wildly negligent. if it were a stranger, the default would always be 911 anyway!

Very simple, concise, not too complicated course with easy-to-understand language. Details were the important ones the participant needs to remember, instead of nitpicky things that really don't matter too much. Very nice refresher for someone who has been certified before but needed recertification. I would highly recommend it. Thank you for making this lifesaving course!
