Great way to recertify for CPR without having to go through training again. However, I believe that hands on is necessary at least once.

This was a time and cost effective way to get re-certified in First Aid. I did find that some terms were not clearly defined (e.g. occulsion, dental avulsion, fracture). A simple google search helped me clearly define these terms, but perhaps providing quick definitions of what these are before going into detail on treatment would be helpful. Additionally, most videos did not have audio and I would have benefited from more information in the videos. I also noticed that one CPR video is edited to cut out all 30 compressions in between rescue breaths. Abbreviating some chest compression (e.g. in the adult video model) did confuse me a bit. This can provide an inaccurate model to follow if you aren't paying close attention. I did like that the videos were quick and to the point.
