if unconcious and unresponsive im told to start cpr!? no just wake the person up. no? check breathing? no? pulse?no? then start cpr. do not begin cpr just for someone that is unresponsive. Terrible cpr instructions. try using lingo that the layman would understand. please review this terrible course.

I think the exam was too easy, considering the importance of the information, and I feel the certificate is issued way too easily as well. More questions should be asked on exam, with more detailed/exact answers to choose from and/or required as answer.
