Great information and very helpful for a recert. Although someone who has never taken these classes in person should do so to have the hands on experience (or better videos could be used.)

It was a great experience ! Nice and clear. I Love the videos as well. The only thing if it suppose to be talking through the videos I couldn't hear. But because I've been through the course before I was okay. What a wonderful idea.

For a busy educator, the option to "test out" to gain the certificate was great! In addition, the cost was 1/2 of what I saw elsewhere on the web. Lastly, the ability to get a certificate immediately was terrific! Thank you for this service/product!!
