The question I got wrong I feel is worded incorrectly. A patient can be unconscious n non responsive and have a pulse. You do not do CPR on a person who has a pulse.

STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND NOT A LOT OF WASTING YOUR TIME WITH FLUFF. I APPRECIATE THIS BECAUSE MY JOB REQUIRES A LOT OF THESE TRAINING UNITS AND MORE THEN HALF THE HOURS I PUT IN THEY ARE JUST FILLING COURSE WITH FLUFF TO GET THE REQUIRED HOURS. WE USE THIS FOR OUR STAFF. ITS VERY CONVENIENT AND AFFORDABLE.

There are some grammatical errors in this that almost make it seem translated from another language. With electrocution, you turn off the power source, BEFORE you perform CPR.

Having been a Red Cross and AHA CPR instructor I find several of your questions incorrect. AHA recommends starting CPR on children prior to call EMS, secondly you don't stop CPR until first-responders or EMS tell you to do so.
