There should be definitions listed for medical terms that the public generally might not know. Other than that, I like how quick this course is but if it were for someone who hadn't had previous CPR or First Aid certification, I would recommend to take a more thorough course and practice in person the techniques.

Simple and easy for basic certifications, especially for renewal of old certifications. For first timers, I'd highly encourage a physical class to attend, as it is so much more in every way- but all the refreshers one needs in years to come, online like this is super handy. Thanks!
