SO many grammar errors and inconsistency with terminology! Also many careless typos. They make me question the credibility of this certification! The course could also use an overhaul by AI to consolidate information and make it more memorable and easier to digest. For CPR on infants vs. adolescents vs. adults, you list almost all of the same things, but word them each slightly differently, so it's very difficult to see what's actually different from one to the other. If I hadn't already taken this course many times, I DEFINITELY would not remember anything from this course. Make it memorable so people can actually use it to save lives!!
