I enjoyed reviewing all of the information. It was clearly presented and easy to follow. Thank you.

This course assumed prior knowledge of medications, medical procedures, acronyms, etc. The videos were soundless and did not reinforce what was written in the course materials. I do not feel qualified to give CPR after this training.

I have taken many CPR/First Aid classes and have to admit I really learned a lot. The material was well organized and easy to remember. I appreciated the highlighted important points and the use of red to consistently anchor my memorization of points. Thank you. It was painless and I now have a deeper level of confidence to meet emergencies. Everyone should take this life supportive course!

Very comprehensive; some of the instructions were worded unclearly / inconsistently, and sometimes the videos helped, though at other times videos were also inconsistent with instructions such as positioning infants during choking rescue. Otherwise, about as good quality as you can get without in-person demonstrations!

Thanks

Your test question says to perform CPR if you come to a scene and the person is unconscious and unresponsive. This is absolutely not the standard way to approach this. You have to verify a pulse first. You can't just start CPR because the person is unconscious and unresponsive!
