This was a quick and simple course for my certification renewal. However, if anyone is trying this for the first time, I don't think I would fully trust them to be efficiant if the emergency response system was to be acivated. Also, some of the videos showing the compression:breaths ratio was off. At one point the man did 32 compressions, then he did 19 copressions, then 31; it was not accurate.
